    Conversations with hosts across the DACH region: where exactly does guest communication break — and at what portfolio size does discipline alone stop working? That shaped the product concept.

    Completed

    Technical base with EU hosting, a dedicated database per host and GDPR from day one — designed in, not retrofitted as a feature.

    Product core

    In progress

    Unified Inbox and Smart Replies: connecting channels, merging messages, generating answers in the host's own tone. This is where we are now.

    Closed beta

    Planned

    A small group of hosts uses it for real. We measure answer quality, correct and rebuild — before we open the door wider.

    Open beta

    The waitlist opens up step by step. Everyone on board from the start keeps the founder's price.

    Publicly available — with the scope we can genuinely deliver by then. Not the one that reads best.

And after that? It keeps going. What gets built next is decided together with the hosts on board by then.
