REPLAI is in closed beta. First to be built is the shared inbox with automatic answers from your property data — check-in, Wi-Fi, house rules, the area — in the guest's language, and the choice per property between autopilot mode and approval mode. The guest app, the workflow studio and upsells come after that. On connections we work with Meta and WhatsApp, with email and with our own guest app, and keep adding more. It doesn't guess — it hands over to you. Complaints, pricing questions or anything without the right context land with you as an open task. In approval mode you see every reply before it goes out anyway.
Timon Faux and Harald Fuchs, both hosts themselves in Lower Austria. REPLAI grew out of our own day-to-day as landlords, not on a drawing board. We build in the open: what runs and what comes next is on the roadmap.

Yes. All data stays in the EU: application and database run in Frankfurt, every host gets their own separate database, and the AI models run in EU data centres. Guest data is never used to train models and never passed on.
