Why it fits either way
The operations differ, the guests' questions do not. That is where REPLAI starts — at five properties as much as at two thousand.
Because the questions are always the same
Wi-Fi, door code, parking, check-in time, towels. One apartment or a house with forty rooms: it is the same twenty questions, only in different quantities. Stored once, they answer themselves.
Because they come at the wrong time
At 11:40 pm, at the weekend, on your own holiday. That hits the person letting on the side as much as the reception desk that closes at ten. Nobody has to stay awake for it.
Because the tone decides the review
A late answer is annoying; a processed one sticks. The answers sound like you and arrive in the language the question came in — that is the reason to use something like this at all.
Because it grows with you
One apartment becomes five, five become a team with approvals. Nobody changes product for that: properties, connections and rights are added, and the rest stays as you set it up.
From the single apartment to an operation with a team
Two ends of the range, so you can place yourself. The numbers are orientation, not classes — everything in between is fluid.

No property management system, no admin, no onboarding week. You add the properties, store access, Wi-Fi and house rules, and REPLAI answers from that — in the language the question came in.

Several brands, several locations, a team with approval rights, a system landscape that has grown over years. This is not set up from a template but built with you: a dedicated database for the company, roles and approvals that follow your organisation.

Everyone gets this — from the first property on
One inbox for every channel
WhatsApp, email and the guest link come together in one place — with history, search and filters. Three properties or three hundred makes no difference to that.
Your tone, the guest's language
The answers sound like you and arrive in the language the question was asked in. That is not a feature for large operators — it is the reason to use this at all.
You decide how much it may do
Approval mode until you trust the AI. Automatic when you are ready. Both are available at every size, and you can change it at any time.
Data in the EU
Hosting in the EU, database in Frankfurt, all AI models in EU data centres. No spam, no passing data on.
And all of it is individual
No operation is set up like the one before it. What runs differently at your place is built differently.
- The data setup: separate in any case, and above a certain size a dedicated database for your company
- The features: you switch on what you need and leave out the rest
- The workflows: who answers when, what needs approval, what goes out on its own — per property
- Your look: your own branding in the guest app, if you want it
- And wishes that are not listed here: tell us and we will look at them
Common questions
No. It is built for everyone who hosts guests — the single apartment as much as a guesthouse or a hotel with a reception desk. The guests' questions barely differ; what differs is the volume and who answers internally, and both of those are settings.
Properties are added, nothing else. No move to a different product line, no second onboarding project. Whatever changes, we discuss it before it shows up on the invoice.
That is decided by the number of messages at awkward hours, not by the number of properties. Anyone who regularly answers in the evening and on holiday notices the difference with two apartments too. If you get three enquiries a month, you do not need us — and we will tell you that.
We clear that up before the quote, not after. Which systems you run, how the properties are cut and who needs which permissions determines the effort — and with it the price and the setup time.
